I fell in love with this cabin the second I saw it online! I contacted Maria and told her this is mine however I had a budget limit. Maria made the contacts and was able to reach an agreement with both the seller and their real estate agent that worked for both seller and buyer. Went through with the long process of getting a mortgage..imagine my dismay when there were no appraisers available for MONTHS! Seller became agitated and demanded that we terminate the contract before an appraiser could be found.
