Maria and I met though a neighbor app by her offering free supplies for my classroom. After getting supplies, hundreds of dollars in grants for my classroom, she worked tirelessly on finding me a home of my own.
We saw many houses and not once did I feel pressured, out of my budget, or nervous. Maria always made sure I was comfortable in every aspect of the home I was looking for. Maria is amazing. She was so dedicated to selling my home as if it was her own. She is a natural, and I was very impressed at her concreting an offer quickly in a shifting market. There were many hurdles, and timelines that were not met. Maria, handled all communications effectively. I was so impressed with her, that I listed a 2nd home to sell. Market was slow, and there was plenty of inventory for potential buyers to pick. Maria, had a solid contract quickly. Her marketing and no-nonsense approach was very much appreciated. You will not be disappointed if you pick her as your realtor. Not only did she deliver on everything she said she was going to do, but she exceeded my expectations fully. I'm so glad and thankful that I chose her to sell my homes.

What sets Maria apart from other realtors is hands down she cares about each customer and getting the best deal for them. She’s an expert negotiator! Furthermore, she takes a big chunk of her commission to give back to the community in so many ways from Christmas gifts for the less fortunate to meals, clothing, school supplies, college or other scholarships, and other grants for the community. Maria was a HUGE help with buying my first home. Whether it was late at night, or early in the morning; I could send her houses I was looking at and she'd jump right on getting me a showing. After looking for a couple months I was finally able to find the house I wanted. I fell in love with this cabin the second I saw it online! I contacted Maria and told her this is mine however I had a budget limit. Maria made the contacts and was able to reach an agreement with both the seller and their real estate agent that worked for both seller and buyer. Went through with the long process of getting a mortgage..imagine my dismay when there were no appraisers available for MONTHS! Seller became agitated and demanded that we terminate the contract before an appraiser could be found. Maria was able to use her negotiation skills to convince the seller and his agent to hang in there an extra few days for everything to fall in place. Maria is an outstanding realtor! In my complex there were three other condos for sale and two were less expensive then mine. I was scared it wouldn’t sell but I was very wrong! Maria searched and found a buyer who offered me a guaranteed $4000 over my asking price. Needless to say, I was very pleased. I used her to buy another condo and she negotiated the price down too.
