I fell in love with this cabin the second I saw it online! I contacted Maria and told her this is mine however I had a budget limit. Maria made the contacts and was able to reach an agreement with both the seller and their real estate agent that worked for both seller and buyer. Because of COVID there was not a lot of inventory on the market so Maria contacted many expired listings for us, contacting owners who had previously listed their homes but had not sold them. Her creativity and persistence allowed us to purchase our new home in West Bloomfield at a price we could afford. We are forever grateful for her expertise!

Maria is an outstanding realtor! In my complex there were three other condos for sale and two were less expensive then mine. I was scared it wouldn’t sell but I was very wrong! Maria searched and found a buyer who offered me a guaranteed $4000 over my asking price. Needless to say, I was very pleased. I used her to buy another condo and she negotiated the price down too.
Maria not only looked out for me, she helped my buyer find a mortgage company that was offering first time buyer deals and saved them thousands!
