I started my professional career with Chase Bank, where I developed financial systems for their auto division, implemented referral programs to improve client services, coordinated service incentives, and managed teams to implement strategies for improving production, profits, and service levels. I later transitioned into JP Morgan Chase Corporate Real Estate Implementation Group as a planning and business financial analysis manager, where I was responsible for driving strategies and managing tactical planning efforts for my departments. My expertise in finance, figures, technology, and team management allowed me to excel and establish myself as an indispensable professional in my field.
Multitasking is one of my strong points, enabling me to balance my career with family life. I have three children and a home in the suburbs of Merrick Woods, where I grew up and where my extended family still lives. As my children grew older, I realized I needed more flexibility to engage with my community and my children’s schools. This inspired me to pivot toward a career in real estate, leveraging my skills as a financial executive and finding a perfect blend of passion and practicality.
My journey in real estate began with learning about homes inside and out. I became a licensed assistant appraiser, preparing reports for 1-4 family properties and analyzing plans and specifications for proposed residential properties. At the same time, I obtained my real estate salesperson's license, developing expertise in all areas of Long Island, particularly the neighborhood I grew up in and now live in. My knowledge spans home valuations, new construction, mortgages, title issues, municipal dealings, and financing—ensuring my clients and customers have a trusted and resourceful partner.
