About Maria

Maria Elena Ponce also known as Malena by family and close Friends was born in Estado De Mexico, Mexico on April 17, 1987. At the age of seven, her parents made the decision to migrate and bring her to the land of opportunity, United States of America. Being the oldest of six siblings, responsibility and accountability were the main values that shaped the person she is now and were also the values that helped on making the Real Estate vision a reality.

In March of 2015, Maria Elena Ponce, was introduced to Real Estate and was able to obtain her license, immediately she began to help friends and family obtain the American Dream of becoming homeowners. After much success and becoming a single parent of three beautiful daughters, Dalia, Elena & Camila… Maria Elena knew and felt in her heart that her main goal was to help others not just by obtaining their dream home but to also give others the “opportunity’ she was given in Real Estate. In September of 2019, Ponce Elite Properties was renamed to MEP Brokers LLC and three office locations were opened; Hall County, Clarke County and Gwinnett County.

Maria E Ponce loves to spend quality time with her daughters, Son and husband, Julio Hernandez. She also enjoys educating herself to give her clients the best representation and negotiating skills in all Real Estate transactions and to also train her affiliated licenses to be a great representation of her core values.
