Maria Rocio Cernadas

Rocio obtained her Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Universidad Catolica Argentina in the city of Buenos Aires.

While studying her degree in Argentina, she worked for a Real Estate Development Consultant focused on Miami’s urbanizations.

She moved to Florida more than 20 years ago, experiencing Miami’s growth.

Rocio landed in Brickell in the early 2000, when the area was starting to change their skyline with new developments coming up.

In 2005, Rocio moved to Key Biscayne looking for a family-oriented neighborhood where she became a realtor (2009) and an expert in the area, joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in 2013.

After many years in the island, she has the expertise to find your best fit when talking about your new home, public or private schools, sports, kids’ activities, and any areas covered when moving abroad.

From the simplest residential closing to the most complex one, Rocio is committed to provide exceptional customer service.

She has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate field (dealing with title and inspection companies, mortgage brokers, insurance, and condo association offices) which give her clients the advantage of having her at their side in each stage of the process.
