Maria Roesch

Maria Roesch is an Eastern South Dakota girl, born and raised as the fifth child of eight. She stems from a 3rd generation dairy farming family where a strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity were instilled in her at a young age from loving parents and family. Taking care of friends, family, and neighbors was and still is a way of life for her.

After graduating from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, she decided to further her education with a career in real estate. She has been practicing real estate full-time since 2004 and that has given her the opportunity to carry those qualities into a career that she loves and is passionate about. Taking care of people and business is what she prides herself on.

Maria has been married to her husband, Eddy since 2002. They are self-proclaimed dog lovers who devote their extra time and attention to their dogs. Being on the water anywhere is their next favorite pastime. You’ll find them enjoying time on a lake, river, or ocean as much as time allows.

She has been honored and privileged over the years to partner with clients who are buying, selling, or building their starter, recreational, investment and forever homes.
