Maria Sanchez

Maria Sanchez is a passionate and experienced bilingual Real Estate expert in DFW area since 2009. She is fluent in English/Spanish and has worked many areas of DFW which has given her an extensive market knowledge in the diverse area of the metroplex. Her dedication and excellent customer service has helped Maria grow in her real estate career while building her relationships with new clients primarily from referrals. Her buyers love her patience, low pressure sales and ability to listen to their needs. On the other hand, sellers love her negotiation skills, ability to market their home accordingly and flexibility.
Maria received her Associates Degree in Real Estate from Cedar Valley College graduating with honors and member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Throughout her career, she has accomplished many awards including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer, Community Hero, and Circle of Excellence.
In her free time Maria enjoys watching movies with her family, which include her husband and two children, listening to music and cooking dinner.
