I can’t say enough nice things about working with Maria! She is an incredible realtor. She made the process of buying our first home extremely seamless and personal. She was always available for us when we needed to communicate and always went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process because it was our first home buying experience. The effort she puts in to allow for clarity in the process is unparalleled - she remembered every detail of our home viewings and our thoughts about the properties and she compiled those thoughts to help us make our decision. She made the stressful process of buying a home not so stressful and was extremely patient and sweet with us every step of the way. I now recommend Maria to everybody I know!

We are new to Northern Virginia area and Maria was more than a real estate agent; she looked out for all our needs. Knowledgeable about the Kids schools, the HOAs and even drove us by to the closest playgrounds. With very young kids, this was so helpful! When I would ask she would show up with a list of the close by daycare and preschools. She was always available and always smiling! Would of course highly recommend!

I relocated my family from AZ to VA. Being that we had never been to VA and didn’t know the area, Maria was a great resource. She advised us on what areas were family friendly and had great schools for the children. She updated us daily on available properties in the areas we were looking to reside. Also, being that we were still in AZ while trying to find a place live, Maria offered to do walkthroughs of prospective properties for us. She was active in every step of the process. We are in VA now and couldn’t be happier with the location we have decided to live. Maria still checks in with us to make sure we are adjusting comfortably to our new surroundings and recommends different things to help us explore the area. She’s awesome!
