Maria has served many banks and asset management companies in servicing and selling their REO’s (residential and commercial properties) from occupancy check, eviction through to SOLD.
Maria’s experience includes servicing sellers with her award winning, top producing, marketing skills, to buyers from her long time investors, to servicing the business communities with all of their commercial needs and with great passion to the special needs of the first time homebuyer.
Maria is a member of BAREIS, CAR, NAR and SAOR. Maria has earned the CDPE, NAR’s ABR,SFR, 203K Specialist, Equator Gold Certification, Res-Net Professional Certifications. She has been active in the Solano Association of Realtors serving as a Trustee on SAOR Foundation, received President's Award, served on the Make A Difference Committee, Infrastructure Committee and as Secretary of the Housing Opportunity Committee and is recognized as a caring professional by her peers as well as her clients.
Maria is also very active in the American Canyon community. She is Past Secretary and a Founding Member of the American Canyon Gateway Kiwanis Club; a 2023 & 2001 recipient of American Canyon’s Volunteer of the Year award; 2023 & 2001 Recipient of Special Congressional Recognition Award.
Maria has earned top honors as a top producing agent with Pacesetter Goal Award ; Century 21 Ruby, Emerald, and Diamond Awards as well as one the highest Century 21 recognitions that of Centurion. Maria is a constant top producer with the Solano Association of Realtor.
Maria has lived in Napa County for over 30 years. She spent many years in the medical field including 13 years as the Department Head for the Cardiology, Neurology and Non-Invasive Vascular Lab at Ralph K. Davies Medical Center in San Francisco. She then founded TRIPS, a travel agency which she continues to operate for the benefit of her clients, friends and family. Maria serves clients in Napa County (especially American Canyon), Solano. Contra Costa Counties and San Francisco where she lived for many years prior to moving to Napa County.
Maria is a member of both American Canyon and Vallejo Chambers of Commerce. Maria regularly volunteers with American Canyon Food Bank, Rebuilding Together Solano County
Maria has earned a B.A. in Business Administration and an Associates of Arts degree in Computer Science.
Maria has “lived through” raising three teenagers and now just enjoys her two granddaughters and two grandsons.
