As first-time home buyers, my husband and I did not exactly know what we were looking for and did not know how to navigate the process. Before meeting Maria, we had worked with a few other agents and were not satisfied with the experience for one reason or another.

Everything changed the first time Maria showed us a home. Maria is dedicated, detail- oriented, and patient. She made time for us to see every home that we were interested in viewing. Aside from all of her amazing qualities, what we enjoyed most about working with Maria is that she is honest. She knows town regulations and was thorough in verifying various permits, addressing home inspection issues, and working through the entire process. She was always prompt and responsive, we could not have done this without her help.

Maria assisted with me with my very first home and working with her was an absolute blessing. Her ability to help me navigate uncharted waters was exceptional. She was communicative, detail oriented and goes beyond the call of duty. As the buyer I felt that she was continually looking out for my best interest and making sure I got the greatest value for my money. Even better is she had a real instinct on properties and would send wonderful options to look at that were both respectful of budget, wishlist items and location. Basically she's a great listener and anticipates your needs.

When it came time to submitting an offer, I never saw someone work so hard to get the deal done. She was on her A-game from the start, until the keys to my new home were in my hand and even on the follow up. I couldn't have asked for a more divinely sent agent to cross my path both professionally and personally.
