Maria Toscano has been a real estate consultant for over 37 years. Her priority is to stay current with industry trends and information. She has accomplished this by earning the Global Luxury Designation, Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Commercial Sales Specialist, Probate, Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist and ePRO designation and is she is also fluent in Spanish. Maria also has been a mortgage lender for 20 of those years, which made the transition into Commercial real estate in 2006 effortlessly. Maria also has a strong understanding of 1031 exchanges and opportunity zones, minimizing her clients’ tax liabilities. Maria’s sales and marketing doesn’t only include the latest technology available, but also, heavily networking locally and across the border, which provides more opportunities for her clients. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally. Maria is a proud Rotarian in the San Diego Downtown Evening Rotary Club, Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce, La RAZA Lawyers Association and a former board member of the Media Arts Center of San Diego and Junior League of San Diego.
