Maria Triolo is an accomplished REALTOR® who began her real estate career in 2020, bringing with her more than two decades of experience in business, finance, and client service. A graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Business Management and Finance, Maria spent 22 years in New York working in executive retail management for five Fortune 100 high-fashion companies, as well as serving as a Controller on commercial real estate projects. This background allows her to deliver what she calls “high-fashion customer service,” consistently going above and beyond for her clients, a commitment that earned her both Rookie of the Year and Above and Beyond awards in her first year in real estate.

Originally from Everett, Massachusetts, Maria returned to the state in 2014 after years in New York and recently relocated to Lee, Massachusetts, embracing life in the Berkshires after decades of traveling back and forth. She brings extensive knowledge of Massachusetts real estate, having successfully helped clients buy and sell properties in 11 of the state’s 14 counties, from the Berkshires and North Shore counties to Cape Cod. Maria works confidently with buyers and sellers, including first-time buyers, those relocating, and clients seeking new construction or rentals, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and fully involved throughout the process.

A breast cancer survivor and passionate advocate for breast cancer awareness, Maria leads with empathy, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others. She has volunteered with food banks in the Boston area, is a strong supporter of animal well-being, and believes in providing not only expert guidance, but also nurturing, responsive service. Known for being outgoing, energetic, and attentive, Maria listens closely to her clients’ needs and delivers thoughtful, personalized solutions.
