Maria was born in Artemisia, part of the Kalamata region of Greece. She immigrated to the U.S. with her family when she was seven years old. Maria grew up in Fairfield County and currently lives in Westport, CT with her husband and children. Her family is established in the community through various organizations. They also own a small local business in Westport. Outside of work, Maria enjoys oil painting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
