My experience with Maria will overall be an unforgettable experience. She took the time to understand what I wanted and carefully curated each list to satisfy my needs. I felt heard, I felt understood and I felt like I was in safe hands. With something so important like choosing your new home and feeling comfortable in it, it can be such a long process. Regardless of this, Maria didn’t mind and modified her pace with me. She definitively has your best interest in her mind and wants the best for her clients. If I could recommend her a thousand times I would. It was such a beautiful journey, me and my family are beyond happy with the result. With me living in Puerto Rico, I was scared that not being in Miami meant that I would not find what I wanted. Maria represented me and if she had to go somewhere, she did. If she had to go beyond, she did.

Maria was a great advisor throughout our sale process in which she was able to secure multiple offers for our apartment. She was responsive and worked diligently with our lawyers and the counterparty to ensure the transaction closed on time. Maria is a superb agent with great interpersonal skills. As empty nesters looking for the next phase...She was extremely patient when our search for the perfect property took 9 months. She is very personable and developed great working relationships with all parties involved(i.e. inspectors, realtors, condo management, loan officers and attorney) which made the transaction go smoothly. I would recommend her and plan on using her services again in the future.

I remembered Maria's professionalism from 10 years ago on the purchase. Fast forward and Maria was 100% ready for the sale. She knows what she is doing and it reflects in the results. Maria was reliable from the start to the day the keys were handed over. Lining up the photographer was easy. The open house was smooth and anxiety free. When I had a question it was answered. Maria, explained and presented comps, guided us in how to present the unit, had a professional take beautiful pictures and did an amazing job in marketing our property. I have sold many properties but have never had this kind of support before. This unit was sold the fastest and at the highest price EVER in this building; I know it was all Maria. Mari helped me and my wife purchase our first home. She helped explain everything and made the process of buying a house very smooth process and was always available to answer any and all questions.
