Maria is by far the best realtor I have worked with in the WMA! I 100% recommend her! So many realtors in WMA pressure you to buy quickly and Maria is not that realtor. She was so patient with us. We had a lot of boxes we wanted to check and she was patient and flexible. She offered her honest opinion on each property and always emphasized we should take our time and make the right decision for us. She was willing to see as many houses as we wanted and was flexible around our schedule. She was truly amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. We love the house we chose and owe it all to Maria!!!

I rarely write reviews but Maria deserves to be recognized by her exceptional and professional work. My husband and I were anxious about the process of selling our home in VA living in another state but Maria made this process super smooth and easy and everything was done remotely- we didn’t have to travel to VA at all! She found contractors for us to get the house ready, found a stager that made the house look super appealing, made herself available to receive the new kitchen appliances, advised us about the listing price of the home and so many other things that were outside of her realtor duties that another realtor would probably have not done. We trusted her advice and we are so thankful we did because that led to selling the house in ONE DAY with a selling price that exceeded our expectations and we closed 3 weeks after! Honestly, we cannot recommend her enough. She really knows what she’s doing, she puts the clients first, is flexible and available to support her clients’ needs and is very proactive and responsive with her communication! This whole process was stress free and we are so thankful we chose her to be our realtor. Thank you Maria!
