Maria is THE BEST real estate agent around! She made sure I got a good price for the homes I sold and bought, and did presale marketing which helped my condo sell the first weekend it was in the market. She has a great network of professionals I used to do minor repairs and renovation work. She was also familiar with all of the details around selling a condo and any local statutes I needed to be aware of.
