Maria is a native Atlantan, which is becoming rather rare these days. She attended St. Pius X High School and graduated from the University of Georgia on the Hope Scholarship with a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology. She is a member of the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, a past board member of WCSCC Charites, Inc., and a member of Cherokee Town & Country Club with her husband.
Prior to Maria entering the real estate field, she was an award-winning and accomplished designer for luxury homeowners, architects, and builders. She transitioned into real estate sales after working with an upscale kitchen and bath design and manufacturing firm in Atlanta for 19 years, where she focused on interior design, architectural liaison, rendering, sales, and project management. The eye for aesthetics required in that field allows Maria to bring a unique perspective to her clients, having the ability to visualize a property’s highest potential, assist in solving design challenges and market a property to its highest potential for a listing.
