Mariam is amazing. I contacted her about one apartment, and decided not to apply... but about a week later, she contacted me saying "I think I have the perfect place for you." And she was right! Even though I was checking listings on StreetEasy and Apartments.com every day, I hadn't considered this gorgeous place. But I went to take a look anyway, because after our first meeting, I already trusted her, and trusted her judgment. She listens to your concerns and your needs. She helps you envision the use of a space, but doesn't do the "hard sell." She's honest and straightforward, and also makes you feel hopeful that the right place is out there. And when I forget what time it is and text or call her at weird hours, she's still responsive and friendly about it. We move into our beautiful, rent-stabilized, pre-war apartment at an unimaginably reasonable rent in a perfect neighborhood next week!
I recommend Mariam without reservations.

Mariam is fantastic! I urgently needed an apartment and messaged her on a Sunday, by the Wednesday of that week I was all approved and good to go! She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. She made a very stressful experience as easy and quick as possible. I was very impressed and will be returning to her if I need to move again. 15/10 would 100% recommend.
