Marian Flink

Marian specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences within the cities of Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha, Robins and other surrounding communities. She works hard to keep her clients interests first! Marian was awarded 2018 CRAAR Realtor of the Year and won the Skogman President's award, one given annually to the associate demonstrating professionalism and excellence in serving their clients. She also won the Iowa Association of Realtors Diamond Award multiple times. Her market knowledge serves her clients extremely well.

Marian is originally from Minnesota. Marian has taught at an area community college and is a past president of Professional Women’s Network, past Vice President of the State of Iowa CRS Chapter and has served as secretary of the State Chapter. She currently serves on the Cedar Rapids Area Association Board of Directors and was President of that Board in 2020. She holds the Accredited Buyers Representative and Certified Residential Specialist Designations.

Marian Flink is a Broker-Associate and have sold more than $400,000,000 in real estate in her career. She is a member and elder of First Presbyterian Church of Marion. Her hobbies include Iowa Hawkeye sports, travel, hiking and most important, being with family and friends.
