MARIAN KINGSTON

With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Marian provides the highest level of service and expertise to her client base. Her knowledge of the NJ market has built trust amongst clients and her advice has proven profitable and invaluable for buyers and sellers alike.

As a graduate of the Rutgers Business School and a CPA, Marian began her career at a Big four accounting firm. She parlayed that experience to become a financial controller at the prestigious investment bank, Goldman Sachs. Marian’s financial background offers her clients a unique skill set when structuring and negotiating sale transactions.

Ever the entrepreneur, Marian followed her passion for real estate. Marian has leveraged her interests in real estate to other successful ventures including an ownership stake in two popular restaurants, investment properties, and a variety of other endeavors.

In her spare time, Marian enjoys travel, skiing and spending time at the shore with her husband and their beloved son, Ben.
