This week we went into contract for a property . For this investment property we were lucky enough to work with an amazing real estate agent .. Marian Thai.

A few weeks back we had texted her to ask if she was interested in representing us on a investment purchase and she said yes. She went to work on it right away and quickly booked us a few appointments on a short notice. The weekend after she booked us more appointments and after seeing a few on the list .. we were sold on the first showing and put a deposit on the house..

Thanks for understanding what type of homes, locations and the price range we were looking for.. and not pushing a property on us.. with this you made it so much easier for us to make our decision. We love how you keep it professional and how proactive and quickly you reacted and responded. Your communication skill is on point as you get back to all of our texts, and emails very quickly and answer our calls and questions which is very important when you are trying to buy a house and even more so during this time when houses are selling like hot cakes.

We truly appreciate it when you went back to talk to the agent in person when we had to make a change, and getting the job done.

With this.. I recommend anyone who is

It was great working with Marian! Paperwork was faster due to her great communication skills with the other realtor!! She always answered her phone and if not she called back right away I never had to wait long for answers. I appreciate not being pushed to make changes to my home to sell it.
I am thankful for all the extras she did for me as well. Filling holes in the walls and going to pick up packages from the new owners that were delivered to the old address on accident. I am very grateful for smooth sale of our home.
