From our first meeting, we felt very comfortable in discussing our needs and wants in a new home with you. We were optimistic that our home in Arkansas would sell quickly so we were off and running with you leading the way. You listened to our wish list and limitations for a new home and then suggested several more in addition to the ones we picked out. The home selling process took longer than we expected but through it all you were there offering suggestions and guidance as to good areas and not so good areas. When we finally sold our home, you met with us on very short notice to once again look at possibilities. We looked at more than 30 houses that weekend and ultimately found our home. Jerry Mauck The sale of our home could not have been easier. When we listed with you I had thought six months would be a reasonable time frame that would give me enough time to tell the neighbors and decide what I could and could not take. I surprised when I went outside that afternoon and the For Sale sign was already up. That was an easy way to tell the neighbors. I was really surprised when you called the following Monday morning and said you had two offers on the house. No one would believe this, not even myself. The first people that looked at the house bought it. We had to work through some unusual requests but you handled it very nicely. We got the original asking price. When it came to the closing I was really concerned as we were not able to come to the office due to surgery and you arranged for the office to come to us. THANKS for that added service. Again, thanks for making the sale of our home so easy and I am recommending Keller-Williams to anyone that is even thinking of selling their home.
