Mariann Matarese

Mariann was born and raised in Central New Jersey and relocated to beautiful Bucks County in 1991. A graduate of Syracuse University, Mariann began a career in broadcasting, selling commercial advertising for major market radio companies. In 2006, Mariann transitioned from nearly 20 years in broadcast sales and marketing to establish a successful real estate business, serving buyers and sellers across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

As a dedicated Realtor, Mariann is a member of The Bucks County, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, and National Associations of Realtors, frequently winning awards for production. She has also been recognized as a Philadelphia 5-Star Agent. Committed to community service, Mariann serves as a coordinator for the local Neighborhood Watch Association, is a former PTO President, and founded a nonprofit focused on improving the lives of homeless animals. Mariann also volunteers as a First Connection Counselor with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, providing support to cancer patients.
