Marianna did an excellent job helping me find my new home due to relocation. She really listened to what I was looking for as respects the type of home and community as well as the amenities that I wanted. We visited a number of properties including new construction as well as existing homes, condos, and townhomes until I found my new place. She had great insight on the comparables and was very helpful in the negotiation and following through the closing and beyond to ensure I was settled. It was a true pleasure working with her. Very warm and welcoming person and very professional.

Marianna is simply the best. Selling your home can be very stressful and you need someone who will stand by you every step of the way. Marianna is that person. We had a contract in one day. She is super knowledgeable and always there when you need her. We are so thankful she was there for us.

Our experience with Marianna was excellent! Our home sold quickly and the entire process was seamless. Marianna was also our realtor for the purchase of our new home. Even though it was a new construction she was able to negotiate a better deal for us than we would have gotten without a realtor. She provided timely information and was honest with us about what we should have for expectations. I would highly recommend Marianna for your home purchase of sale!
