Marianna did an excellent job helping me find my new home due to relocation. She really listened to what I was looking for as respects the type of home and community as well as the amenities that I wanted. We visited a number of properties including new construction as well as existing homes, condos, and townhomes until I found my new place. She had great insight on the comparables and was very helpful in the negotiation and following through the closing and beyond to ensure I was settled. It was a true pleasure working with her. Very warm and welcoming person and very professional.

Our experience with Marianna was excellent! Our home sold quickly and the entire process was seamless. Marianna was also our realtor for the purchase of our new home. Even though it was a new construction she was able to negotiate a better deal for us than we would have gotten without a realtor.
