About Marianne

Marianne moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2001 from Seattle, Washington. Her 20-year career in the Great Northwest had been in the hi-tech industry for a well-known software giant. Ready for some Florida sunshine and a new career, her interest in the real estate business blossomed after meeting broker, Lucy Scheuringer of Realty Concepts, while looking for her new home. Marianne got her real estate license and began working with Lucy in 2002.

Marianne currently lives in Madeira Beach with her husband, Dennis. He has been an educator in Pinellas County for 35 years, specializing in peace education and serving young adults in the special needs program. Their interests include traveling, water sports such as kayaking and paddle board surfing, beach walking and sunsets, gourmet cooking, reading, writing music and poetry, and rehabbing homes for resale.
