Marianne was a joy to work with throughout the home buying process. She is knowledgeable, diligent, accessible and thoughtful in her approach. I was on tight timeline to find a home. Marianne helped me explore the options in my price range and accommodate my schedule for showings. I work full time and have two kids, so it was not easy! She truly had my best interest in mind while looking for a home rather than trying to push a sale forward. She gave honest feedback on the different properties and provided ideas to make different situations work. With Marianne's help, I found a great house that checks all the boxes. I highly recommend working with her if you are looking to purchase a home.

Marianne is amazing! My advice is "Choose to work with her!"

This spring she helped me sell my father's house. She is incredibly generous with her time and her advice was always spot-on; even when the advice wasn't what I had hoped to hear she took her time to explain, clearly, what she meant and offered a variety of options for how we could move forward. She is so patient and she made sure that we took the time we needed and that we waited for the right buyer - not just for us, but for the house. We were delighted when she told us that the new owner would be a young family - many more years of happiness for that house. And, in encouraging us to wait, we were able to receive a higher price for the house than we had expected.

Our family used Keller Williams Premier Properties twice and are very happy with the marketing skills and professionalism they used to sell our home and a condo. Deb Ritter was the broker we used both times, and we were impressed with her hard work and knowledge of the local real estate market. Deb was very easy to reach by phone, text, and email every time we had a question. She also sat down with us several times to explain the sales process and the documents involved in our listings and eventual sales. Her sales strategy was very helpful in quickly selling our properties for top dollar. We would use her again to sell real estate, and highly recommend her and Keller Williams as trustworthy agents who gave us individual care and attention, and also to the other sellers and buyers they represent.
