Marianne Lepore

I have been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for ten years. I have enjoyed working and learning my trade as a proud member with Corcoran Legends Realty. A member of the Women’s Council of Realtors since 2012, I became a board member in 2020 as Treasurer of the Empire Local Westchester. I am President-Elect in the 2022 year.
In my commitment to community involvement I currently serve on the board of the Garden Empire Volleyball Association, the local Regional Volleyball Authority of USA Volleyball, the national governing body of volleyball, and as such is responsible for the promotion and growth of volleyball in New Jersey, Long Island, and the Greater Metropolitan Area of New York City (to include Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam, and Orange Counties).
I maintain my union roots as the chairperson of the Civil Service Employees Association Retiree Local 921 Supervisory Committee. My responsibilities include the annual audit of the Local 990 Retirees treasury.
Service has been key in my lifetime since my early career with Banker Trust Company and my 22 year Civil Service career with Southern Westchester BOCES. Many people see Real Estate as a business based on sales but I see it as focusing on serving my clients, meeting their needs, and providing the best experience for them whether they are buying, selling or leasing a property.
My greatest passion is my love of Classic Film. I am a devotee of Turner Classic Movies and attend the annual Festival in Hollywood. Locally I am a co-president of the Friends of TCM Hudson Valley and Westchester. When not involved in any of my other activities you can find me immersed in a good movie, the stuff dreams are made of.
