Marianne was very helpful in both selling my existing home and buying my new home. The photos that she took of my existing home were OUTSTANDING and contributed to the fast sell of the house. We got top dollar and the process was very easy. Searching for my new home was a lot of fun with Marianne. She did a great job representing me and put me in touch with appropriate professionals (mortgage broker, inspector, etc.) that made the whole process very easy. We must have looked at 70 + houses, and in the end, I got the house that is still perfect for me.
