Marianne is an exceptional real estate agent. After observing her expertise in helping my daughter negotiate her first home purchase, I worked with Marianne to sell my home of over 30 years in Monkton. It was an emotional decision and Marianne was kind and patient while helping me prep the home for sale. The house sold quickly and with excellent terms.
