Marianne is the best agent I've ever had! She made what was a complicated transaction (not her fault, strange situation) so incredibly smooth. I wasn't sure how I would make it happen but she was confident from the beginning that it would all work out. And it did! She went way above what I would have expected and so incredibly quick in getting info and delivering me answers. Seriously, can't say enough good things. The bonus was, she's so down-to-earth and easy to get along with. You may try and be her friend afterwards, she's that cool!
