Marie Clay

Marie has been a real estate professional for 18 years. After growing up in Sweden, Marie came to Truckee as an Aupair when she was 20. Marie worked in Truckee in real estate for the next 13 years. In 1999 Marie moved with her fiancé to Santa Rosa, where they started a new life as vineyard owners and horse owners, and she started her local career in real estate.

Having gone through the entire process of purchasing a vineyard that was reputed to be ready to go only to find out that it would be cheaper, in the long run, to rip it out and start over – Marie has seen the experts that weren’t and the real estate agents that professed knowledge and had none. Because of that painful process, Marie has the sensitivity and has developed the ability to ensure your vineyard purchasing experience is as smooth as possible.
