Marie took on a challenging family situation of selling two homes and buying a new home for me and my extended family. She took what we thought was an impossible logistical nightmare and handled it as if it was another day on the job. Her timing of selling houses and working closing dates aligned us to move into our new home with no overlap. She made sure we walked out of our old homes with affordable repairs and money and our pockets. She treated us with honesty and just like we were family. Marie has our buisiness without a doubt. Marie was amazing to work with; she jumped through all the hoops necessary to help us get exactly what we needed, and was very transparent and informative. My family went to World Class Realty because my brother in law had just purchased a home through them. He would not shut up about how awesome it was having Marie De Pedro as his realtor. So we went to the Virginia Beach location when it was time for us to buy a home.

I happily say that working with Marie De Pedro, at World Class Realty for our home search was an amazing experience! Marie was professional, honest, and down to earth. Her staff was just as awesome.

Marie knows the market, the area, and especially the flood zones. We have kids and there were a few different homes that she didn’t feel comfortable with us trying to get and she fully explained why either it was in a flood zone, or major issues with a house. It might not be something you want to hear, but she’s gonna tell you and we appreciated her honesty and concern for the safety and well-being of our family as we were making a big decision buying a home.

I recommend them 100% and will go through them with my next home purchase.

Also, Marie owns the Pour Favor coffee shop next to her office in Virginia Beach, which is amazing too and I recommend that if you want good coffee, check them out as well.

Marie was absolutely awesome, and knocked it out of the park when helping us find the home we wanted.

It was easy to sense she cared about finding us a home that would fit our wants and needs as well as be able to grow with us. For the amount of money a house cost, it was nice to see she cared equally about our investment and wanted to get the best outcome for us.

She’s extremely responsive and easy to contact whether it’s by text/phone call/ or email. If I ever had a question she had it answered right away.

I’d recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She’s extremely knowledgeable about many facets of home improvement too, and that help has also been amazing.

I love realestate! My dad helped me purchased my first investment property when I was 19 yrs old, and now fifteen years later I only wish I knew then what I know now; however, I most likely will be saying the same thing another 15 yrs from now.

I have a tendency to look at and crunch numbers on realestate that I am pretty certain I can not afford. One of these tendencies led to a multimillion dollar deal and a conversation with Marie. I played the part of an affluent investor, but “if she only knew my financial situation,” i thought!

Marie reached out to me about a month after we first spoke, “Hi Erick. Just following up with you to see if you like to meet sometime to go over options to obtain financing for multi family properties.“

Just a few days prior to this text from Marie i was denied a VA home loan because of insufficient income. When thinking of how I should respond to Marie, James 4:10 immediately came to mind, so my reply, “Yes i would, but ive been very discouraged with my financial situation lately....i tried to get approval for a VA loan this month and couldn’t even obtain that. Im just a small fry with big dreams and i dont want to waste your time.”

I didnt ever expect to hear back, but this was her reply, “Lets sit down anyway. I love to structure and plan for [your] future. I was in your situation years ago. Today things have change...come to my office this week.”

What great ethics and encouragement!
