Raised in South Chicago and a Hinsdale resident for 30 years, Marie and her family have been involved in development and construction since 2001 through the DiCosola Group, building custom luxury residential homes throughout Illinois. In 2008, their business expanded to include commercial real estate development and unique home restoration. Throughout her career, Marie has personally purchased, renovated, leased, and managed over 120 units across multiple properties throughout Chicagoland, giving her an insider's perspective that few Chicago Western Suburbs real estate advisors possess.
