Aloha!! I am an active realtor who specializes in selling and listing residential and commercial properties in beautiful waterfront locations like Treasure Island, Pass-A-Grille, and St. Pete Beach, Florida! Everyday I live and breathe sunshine and real estate. I truly love what I do for a living! I am a full-time Realtor® who works long hours, or whatever it takes to make the deal a reality for my clients. The art of the deal is what is the most fun for me, and of course seeing and showing great luxury beach-front and commercial property is not too bad either! I am an aggressive marketer and networker who understands what a "people business" this industry really is. It's not uncommon to find me driving with my window down so I can chit-chat with the passing neighbor I find on the side of the road! Yep, I will pretty much talk to anyone... it's the curse of the gift of gab. On the serious side I have a strong background in media, sales, public relations, marketing as well as secret knowledge of the best places on the beach to go for a cold Killian's and a tasty burger which blends very well with being a real estate agent.
My sense of humor is mostly intact and I always remember to never take myself too seriously, life is just too short for that! : )
