I don’t even know where to start!
I just bought my very first home and from start to end and even after, Marie has been a HUGE help and VERY patient! She helped my husband and I find a home that we’re happy with. She gave us advice, tips, and her opinion on the homes we looked at and even gave me ideas on how I can remodel the home. She’s a very kind soul and that’s the # 1 thing I love about her. Ridiculously efficient is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Marie. She told us that she would do her best to find us the perfect fit. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Marie for two months over the internet during which she went above and beyond sending us updated home listings in Ocala, FL. Above all, I was impressed with Marie’s ability to go into a home that we were interested in and engage her husband to take pictures of every inch of the inside and outside of a home. And of course I would ask her “Would you recommend this house to your mother.” Marie would be a true asset to potential real-estate buyers and sellers and that comes with my heartfelt recommendation.

After having another realtor quit helping us. Marie was a joy to work with. We were out of state buyers and I know there is a whole lot more to deal with than a local buyer, but Marie was excellent with e-mails and texting and phone calls, when she was not available others in the office would reply for her. When my husband traveled there to look at houses, Marie spent all day for 3 days looking at about many, many houses. When they were done they were both exhausted, but after that we were able to make a satisfactory purchase. Marie was willing to do whatever it took. Marie was also helpful in explaining how things are done in Florida, as the laws and rules and even who does certain tasks all are different than what we were used to in our original state. I would certainly recommend Marie Evans to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the central Florida area. She is to infinity and beyond excellent! :)

5 Stars is'nt enough!!! Amazing! My husband and I searched for 3 years with another realtor -with ups and downs and negotiating , numerous unaccepted offers- heart break at every turn. He was a great guy and worked for hard for us ( or so we thought) When we decided to go with a new realtor - God blessed us with Marie! She took the time to meet with us, really listening to what both my husband and myself were looking for. The day she scheduled showings for the listings that I was interested in she also reserved a showing for one she thought we may like. Entertaining her we met at her listing first! And this folks is why we leave it to the pros! - Our family toured the listing and fell in love immediately! She not only knew us better than we knew ourselves! I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate Marie Evans and her team. We talked to a number of realtors we personally knew and she was head and shoulders above everyone else. Since we weren't in a hurry to move, we could be very picky. We felt like we were being a burden to her with the amount of homes we had her look at. She patiently researched each house thoroughly and made sure we could view the houses on our busy schedule. She answered or returned every call, replied to every email, and responded to every text in a timely manner. Sometimes we wondered if she ever slept. I still wonder... We had a very difficult closing by going with a VA loan and not using a local lender (NEVER will we not use a local lender again). Marie and her team encouraged and helped us every step of the way. She even went as far as contacting our loan company to take the burden off of us. There is no higher recommendation I could possibly give than the one I am giving for Marie Evans. Marie was WONDERFUL! We didn't necessarily have a particular area in mind when we decided to move to FL so we looked at a few houses throughout the state. All of the realtors here are not great. We had people that wouldn't even return a phone call to show us a house-- and it was their own listing! We really lucked out in finding Marie. We dealt with issue after issue; it took a week to get our funds into the bank just to make the offer, we wanted be out of our temporary housing before the bank was able to close, the outside a/c was vandalized and it was a short sale. No matter what came up she went out of her way to meet our rather demanding needs. She went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Marie absolutely bent over backwards to work with us. If you are looking for a real estate agent, I cannot recommend Marie highly enough. She was phenomenal throughout the entire home buying process, from our first emails through the closing appointment. My husband and I were first time home buyers, and Marie helped us understand all of the steps so everything moved smoothly. She was responsive and quick with emails, and flexible to our schedules. When we toured homes together, she pointed out potential issues that I would not have otherwise noticed and gave helpful recommendations for potential upgrades. Working with Marie also means working with the team of amazing people she is connected to. We made use of Marie's networks and she assembled a team of super heroes for us. She recommended a mortgage company and mortgage loan officer, a home inspector, and a closing company, and all of them were fantastic to work with.
