I sold my home through Marie Hankinson of eXp Realty, and am most grateful for the support and structure she provided to make the process as stress-free and lucrative to me as possible. I am very impressed with her professionalism, integrity, and the good old-fashioned, hard-work ethic she incorporated into the experience. She negotiated expertly on my behalf, even securing a buyer prior to it having to be listed.

The amount of time and effort she provided in walking me through the details is commendable. She offered a summary of everything I was to sign, but then realizing that was not my style (I am one of those people who have to read everything before I sign) she patiently explained each section thus ensuring my understanding. She is a doer and will not leave any question or concern unanswered.

Marie worked with me to achieve my goals, and made me feel at ease and important. She is very approachable and easy to work with as she was responsive to my many questions and concerns. Marie listened to what I wanted for the sale to entail (for example: I am a very private person and the thought of an open house terrified me). Timing was of the essence as I was retiring and moving out of state, and Marie worked through my specific restraints. She managed the sale of my home with expertise and empathy-it was difficult leaving where I had been most of my life.

I was blessed to have the sale of my home go so smoothly, and I credit that to her multi-leveled support, her far-reaching knowledge, and the unrestricted accessibility she provided. She easily adjusts to the needs of her clients, and will individualize your entire experience. Marie genuinely cares and I could not have done it without her.
