I highly recommend that if you are buying or selling your house to contact Marie. She goes above and beyond. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. She is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and explains the process taking place each step of the way. There are no surprises. Her years of experience has given her multiple contacts and she will do her best to get you the best deal possible. She listens to your input and makes recommendations to assist you. Marie is the realtor you dream about and hope you will get. We were an out of state buyer who purchased online and found Marie. Marie not only showed us the house but drove around while holding her phone to show us the whole area. (from one side of Wichita to the other) I don't know what we would have done without her. Not only did Marie find us a home but then all of the dealings and inspections personal too that comes with buying. I can keep going on and on. We are extremely happy with our new home and if we ever decide to purchase again or if family members decide to move too, we will be calling Marie. I am a 1st time home buyer and was just testing the waters to start looking for a home for my family. After taking a year and a half of fixing my credit I slowly talked to a mortage company who layed it all out there and told me to ask questions after feeling out the company and hearing all sides of things I didn't know what to do next so she referred a couple realtors and I just picked 1 to call and start looking. Me and my husband said a minimum of 10 houses to look at with no rushing involved, we picked some and talked to Marie Segura after meeting her and seeing what we wanted to see she kinda had an idea of the way we wanted to go, patient and very willing to help guide/teach what we should look for a month later we found our home, quick close a month later and smooth transition of paperwork and met ups or what the next steps were. Marie has a great personality and always looking at the best interest of her clients. If I could write a better review with many more words for her I would she is amazing and I would refer her again and again

We had over 20 offers in the first two days of my house being listed. We also got over 20 grand above asking price.
