Mariella received Raleigh's Best Realtor award by Choice Home Warranty in 2015, after earning more votes than 15 other top agents in the Triangle. Professional growth and development are very important to Mariella. She earned the highly regarded CRS designation, which is the highest credential awarded to real estate agents. She also obtained the CLHMS designation which recognizes her in dealing with the luxury residential market. Being a top producing agent allows her to be a member of the local Top Producer Council and has been a recipient of the Daymark President Circle since 2019.

Mariella leads the Daymark Realty office in the Creedmoor Road branch and offers free in-home consultations to homeowners contemplating the sale of their homes.

Mariella works with both buyers and sellers and lives in North Raleigh with her husband, two teens and their rescue pup.
