Since 2011 she has worked in Real Estate – both on the Lending side and on the Buying/Selling side. She has assisted with over 300 purchases and sales and has seen a wide variety of price points & home styles.

Mariesa’s specialty is assisting first-time home buyers & sellers with purchasing and/or selling their first home. Her clients comment on how well she communicates with them and that she goes above and beyond to ensure they are comfortable with one of the biggest transactions of their lives. She is especially good at envisioning home renovations to increase equity and is happy to help coordinate fixes and/or updates for her clients. Mariesa has done extensive renovations to her own home that enables her to share her remodeling experience with buyers and sellers to make renovations less daunting.

Beyond closing Mariesa loves staying in touch with her clients at least twice a month by sending an eReport & a monthly mailing with valuable information such as home maintenance tips, market updates, and tips when traveling. Mariesa holds client appreciation events such as wine tasting & also pops-by twice a year to check in with her clients. Ultimately Mariesa wants her clients to view her as a proactive guide during their Real Estate transaction, but also a trusted friend beyond closing.

In her spare time Mariesa enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids (one girl and one boy!), leading worship at a local church in Bothell, exercising (Crossfit, running, at-home workouts, spin...you name it she has probably done it!), and enjoying all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer via hiking and camping. It's amazing all the new places you can come across despite living in the Seattle area since 2007!
