Mariette is very KNOWLEDGEABLE not only about real estate procedures but also about Hickory, Morganton and the surrounding area and the homes available there. She LISTENS to your questions and concerns and follows up with you. She helped me with everything -- inspections; mortgage information; how, where, and what to sign to buy the home; where to get insurance. She is HONEST, hardworking, friendly and PATIENT. Although I was not an easy client since I was in California rather than in NC during the purchase, she always made time for me. She (and her husband with a camera) helped me virtually walk through and inspect homes that interested me. When we found the home I wanted, she communicated with the seller (the sale was for sale by owner) and everything went smoothly. I have purchased and sold 8 homes in my lifetime so I know a great agent when I work with one. Mariette will not disappoint you.
