Enjoying the sun and sand as I enter my 10th yr in Real Estate. I have been successful in South Carolina and Pennsylvania. I was on the #1 team in Myrtle Beach and through the direction of the Lord, I am blessed and excited to say; I am a Independent Agent with eXp Realty. Successfully became an Icon Agent, Certified Mentor, and currently on the Board of South Carolina Agent Advisory Council as their Chairperson.
My continued education, endless training, and experience from being a part of a successful team; hitting over 300 sold properties, year after year. I am honored to say I was part of that team!

History about Me:
I grew up saying "WE ARE" as Hello, in Central PA (AKA- Happy Valley). I was surrounded by gorgeous mountains and evergreen fields.
NOW, In my opinion...
I am as close to Heaven, on the coast of South Carolina where you will hear "Hi Y'all" as Hello.
Along with your purchase, you will watch daily sunrises, as God does His improv artwork. You do not want to miss one more sunrise.
Before I opted into a paid career in life, then moved to the beach, I became a Mom. One of the best jobs EVER. I am blessed with 3 adult children. They are very successful in their career fields, and living their best lives, as young adults.
You can find me at my local church (Ocean View) volunteering. I make coffee, and assist on 1st Impression Team. You will find me on stage saying Good Morning and wrapping up the Pastor's message, along with saying goodbye. I am often at church on Wednesday evenings helping with the Students; as they continue to grow. Please join me anytime at one of our services.
I enjoy participating sports events at Coastal Carolina University. My enthusiasm led me to be part, and currently stand as a Board Member of the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation.
During the fall season, I am tailgating with Alumni, and other Chant families at our home CCU Football games. Ask me how you can attend a game. I will be sure to get your tickets!
