I bought 4 properties with Marija within 6 months in 2022 in Washington State. She is a realtor extraordinaire as well as a finance management superstar!
She structured the deals so we can do a combination of primary home refinance (to release FHA loan), DSCR investment loan for one investment property, primary residence Jumbo loan, private loan for a property we bought on auction (that we refinanced) and a strategic duplex purchase (she brought in off market)!
Not only did she make all of these transactions possible (honestly I didnt think it would be possible to take that many loans in such a short period of time!), but she helped advise on how to setup the rentals (combination of long term rentals and Airbnb) and helped manage the remodel on the auction property.
I met her through word of mouth in the nigerian community, and am so thankful she moved as fast as she did, before the market became unaffordable for loans.
She is the investor go-to for sure.

Marija handled the sale of my first home in Georgia, through a partner agent in Atlanta, and then the purchase of my duplex in Renton. We had issues with the funding, and she worked with two lenders in parallel, so we can have options to save the deal, and she did it! I recommend her to everyone that needs a referral - she did such an amazing job! I felt protected as a consumer and a client represented by her at all times!
