I've known Marika personally and professionally for about 10 years. Having worked with many realtors over the years, I can say that she's among the best. In 2015, she happily scoured Durham, Orange and Wake counties to help me locate land meeting unique specifications. Once that was accomplished, she brought the negotiations and final deal to completion without any drama. I'd highly recommend her.
