Marilyn Caravetta

Marilyn has over 40 years of experience encompassing Owner/Operator of Greenwood Associates in Bethel for 24 years. She merged the business with a Ridgefield Company and managed and operated that Office for 9 years. She was named Manager of the Year twice. She transitioned back to sales, which was always her first love, and has been a consistent producing member of the sales force at William Raveis Real Estate. At William Raveis Real Estate she formed "The Caravetta Group" with Jolie Sherman as her Team Member. Together they can do more.

Professional service has always been Marilyn’s top priority. Her years of experience provide her customers and clients the competitive edge when it comes to knowledge of the marketplace, negotiating skills and complete honesty.

Together Marilyn and Paul raised three grown children, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She loves to golf and travel.

Marilyn’s professional association include National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, and Women's Council of Realtors.
