Marilyn Coffin

Graduate of the University of San Francisco with a BS in Biology. I taught riding in Golden Gate Park thru 1978 and had my own riding academy thru 1985. I began my career in Real Estate in 1986 and concentrated on country property until the present. I Have a working knowledge of country property issues such wells, septic systems, and zoning. I have my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certificate to assist seniors throughout the downsizing process. Have establish an excellent knowledge of all the senior mobile home parks in the area as a potential senior housing answer.
After 37 years in Real Estate, I have sold virtually any kind of residential property as well as land for agricultural and residential uses.
I enjoy the excitement of selling property for a seller and the challenge to find the right property for a buyer.
