Marilyn Cordova-Winchell

Marilyn moved to Louisville in 2003. Marilyn is a native of Puerto Rico. Her husband Chad and two kids, Andre and Zach have lived in Southern Indiana and also in Oldham County. They moved away to live in Northern Virginia for 9 years years but returned to be close to their families and the community Louisville provides. Marilyn has lived in 5 countries so she understands what the international community and people who relocate to new areas are looking for in a home. Marilyn's husband, Chad has been a home inspector for 7 years and owns www.excelmyinspection.com. Marilyn deeply believes in giving back to her community and has served on 6 different boards and councils in Louisville over the years. Chad and Marilyn have owned and built 3 companies together during their marriage.
