We purchased our house with Marian Chiasson about 1 year ago, and couldn't be happier.

We spent a good bit of time researching the steps needed to buy a house and the pitfalls involved before reaching out to a real estate agent, and I'm sorry we did it that way around because Marian was amazing, and took ask the time in the world to make sure we had ask the information we needed.

She was always available(within limits, of course, we never did try calling at midnight!) and we never felt we were putting her out.

Of the few houses we selected to look at, she was very quick and thorough with getting us the information we needed, as well as dealing with some other not so nice real estate agents for us. This meant she had to handle a house we had an initial offer in with, then had to back out of once the home inspection revealed some major hidden issues. Marian was helpful throughout this process and upfront about our options and risks, including getting the deposit back from the other agent.

I can't recommend her enough. I will be using her again if I ever sell.
