Marilyn is not only a wonderful person, but she is an excellent resource if you're looking for help buying or selling a house. My wife and I bought a house in 2019 with Marilyn's help, and we just sold the same house with Marilyn's help. In both cases, Marilyn went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of for us so that nothing stopped us from buying or selling. In a world where so many real estate workers are sub-par, Marilyn is the definition of the classic, face-to-face, get it done, hard-working person that you want to have on your side.
