Marilyn Pearson-Adams

Marilyn Pearson-Adams has been a Broker/Owner of a multi-office firm in Hernando County for over 30 years. She is an avid Florida State Seminole fan with three grown children, one grandchild, and a retired husband who spends most of his waking hours on or near a golf course.

Marilyn holds several National Association of Realtors designations and believes that being a Broker and Realtor is her life's calling. She has served in almost every leadership position within her local Realtors Association and continues to serve both locally, and at the state level for Florida Realtors.

Marilyn believes giving back is an essential piece in helping to create healthy sustainable communities. She is honored to serve as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees for Pasco-Hernando State College and the Board of Directors for the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce.

Marilyn loves spending time with her family, especially when they are together on Florida's beautiful waters. Her favorite hobby is creating fun spaces for interior design and reading. A love of God, family, and country is the fabric that helps form Marilyn's positive attitude.
